A little bit more about me.
I'm a scientist interested in the intersection of Computer Science and Genomics.
I am currently a postdoctoral researcher at the Institute for Genome Sciences (IGS), at the University of Maryland School of Medicine.
I recently completed my PhD in Computer Science under the supervision of Dr. Michael Schatz at Johns Hopkins University, on the topic of algorithms for improving accessibility and representation in large genomic studies.
